“I know firsthand how difficult it can be to feel at war with your mind and body all the time. To have fleeting moments of calm and then revert back to anxiety or depression can feel extremely discouraging. I struggled with procrastination, feeling lost, and not knowing how to fix it for the first two-thirds of my life.

When I finally discovered somatic healing, I found tools that worked and created lasting changes in my mood and outlook on life. I began to devote myself to sharing these tools with other people. You can escape feeling imprisoned within your body and mind. Once you begin, it only gets better. If you’re ready to start, I’m excited to help support you on your somatic journey.

Get on a 15-minute intro call so you can meet Brett and ask any questions if needed. If it feels like a good fit, work with Brett 1:1 for the next 3-6 months for a 50-minute somatic coaching call once a week.

  • Yes, one off sessions are available and are priced at a higher rate than a 3-6 month long coaching commitment.

  • Somatic work is a unique and powerful way to address the effects of trauma and stress on the body and mind. Throughout the session, I will help gently guide you towards a greater sense of connection and awareness with your body, sensations, emotions, and physiology. Improving bodily connections supports the release and digestion of stuck survival energy that can contribute to us living from a place of survival (fight, flight, freeze) as opposed to ease, safety, and connection. You can expect a safe and supportive environment where we will work at pace that supports the healthy integration of new behaviors, habits, and relationship with self and others.
