1:1 SOMATIC THERAPY & COACHING SESSIONS WITH BRETT
SOMATIC WORK ISN’T ABOUT CHANGING YOUR MINDSET.
It’s a body-first approach to shifting what’s been stuck — not with force, but with presence, slowness, and the felt sense.
YOU’RE HERE BECAUSE
YOU WANT TO LEARN HOW TO FEEL AT HOME IN YOUR BODY. STEADY, RESILIENT, AND CONNECTED.
You’re ready to move beyond just coping, heal from your past, and transform stress into vitality and energy. You want to go all in on doing what it takes to not just feel better, and more like yourself, but to feel your best.
THE SURPRISING PART?
You don’t need to work harder to feel better. Your body already knows the way back to safety and connection.
This work helps you remember how.
MEET YOUR GUIDE,
Brett Morell
Struggling with mental health is often an invisible battle, but its impact is profoundly felt.
For years, I moved through cycles of anxiety, depression, and emotional burnout, trying to manage what felt like a constant storm inside.
From the outside, things looked fine. But internally, I was at war with myself.
That all started to shift when I discovered somatic work.
Through body-based tools and nervous system healing, I began to feel real change. Not just in my mind, but in my energy, my relationships, and the way I experienced life.
Now, I support others on that same path.
Because healing isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering how to be with yourself, gently, consistently, and with care.
If you're ready to begin, I’d be honored to show you how.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Somatic work is a unique and powerful way to address the effects of trauma and stress on the body and mind. Throughout the session, I will help gently guide you towards a greater sense of connection and awareness with your body, sensations, emotions, and physiology. Improving bodily connections supports the release and digestion of stuck survival energy that can contribute to us living from a place of survival (fight, flight, freeze) as opposed to ease, safety, and connection. You can expect a safe and supportive environment where we will work at pace that supports the healthy integration of new behaviors, habits, and relationship with self and others.

“Brett is the type of coach who is able to see past all the BS, understand the roots of the issues and guide you into a deeper sense of understanding. He is able to create spaces where you feel comfortable exploring the uncomfortable and feeling safe in doing so. He never tries to tell you what is right or wrong, but to really see past what our preconceived notions are and how they impact our day to day lives.”

Here is What My Clients Have To Say
Brett will challenge you to be honest with yourself and gently, but forcefully push back on ‘dysfunctional’ perspectives, such as those I exhibited around perfectionism. In this way, he can help turn a light on for you. I now have a deeper appreciation of how important self care is for my day-to-day health and wellbeing, and can also better articulate what self care means to me while advocating for it properly - and, importantly, with less shame.
